Fobs lost during the stay will be charged at £50 per fob, and collecting or returning keys outside of the arranged times will incur charges.
Please note that due to its proximity to the nightlife area, this apartment may experience some background noise, which might not be suitable for light sleepers. Any parties or events are not allowed on this property. Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property. No large groups under the age of 25 are permitted.
