A 40” Smart TV with built-in Amazon Alexa and free Wi-Fi allows guests to stream their favourite shows. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for both short breaks and longer stays, including a fridge, freezer, oven, four-ring hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, and washing machine, along with a full kitchen inventory, crockery, cutlery, and glassware for the whole group. Complimentary tea and coffee are provided.

A travel cot or high chair is available for a fee of £50.00, only on request. Late check-out is available for a fee of £50+vat per half hour, unless agreed upon in advance.

Smoking of any kind, leaving traces behind suggesting smoking of any kind, or vaping (including e-cigarettes) is not allowed indoors. Noise should be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. Call-outs due to excessive noise or parties may incur a fee. This property is not pet-friendly. Check-in instructions will be sent via email and SMS at 3 pm on the arrival day for check-in from 4 pm. Check-out is by 11 am. Unauthorised late departures may incur a £50 per hour fee. The lead guest must be 21 or over.
