Complimentary tea and coffee, salt and pepper are provided. Bedroom 1 has zip and link beds, set up as two singles but can be made into a double on request, and an additional chair bed. It includes bedside tables and lamps, and a wardrobe with ample hanging space and hangers. Bedding and towels are provided. The en-suite bathroom has a full-size bathtub, shower cubicle, basin, and toilet. Bedroom 2 has a triple bunk bed with a double bed below and a single bed above, a side table and lamp, and a wardrobe with ample hanging space and hangers. Bedding and towels are provided. The main bathroom has a full-size bathtub with a shower overhead, toilet, and basin. All beds are made up for your arrival with all linen, bedding, and towels provided.
A travel cot or high chair is available for a fee of £50.00 upon request.

This accommodation may not be suitable for those guests with disabilities or limited mobility, as it may have stairs. Please reach out to confirm. There is an iron, an ironing board, and a hairdryer for guests to use. A late check-out fee of £50+vat per half hour applies unless a late check-out has been agreed upon in advance. Not returning keys to the key safe/Keynest will incur a £200+vat fee. This property is not pet-friendly. Smoking of any kind, leaving traces behind suggesting smoking of any kind, or vaping (including e-cigarettes) is not allowed indoors. Please smoke on the street or patio area, if available. Noise should be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. Call-outs due to excessive noise or parties may incur a fee. The lead guest must be 21 or over. We cannot accept bookings where the majority of guests are under this age. If unsure, please contact us before booking. Guests are asked to wash up used dishes, bag rubbish and use the correct recycling bins, return keys to the key safe (OR) Keynest location, switch off the lights, close all windows, and turn down the heating before departure.
