The bright and comfortable living area features comfortable seating, a Smart TV, and free Wi-Fi, with an L-shaped sofa bed providing additional sleeping space for up to two guests. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, hob, microwave, oven, kettle, and essential cookware, glassware, crockery, and cutlery. The bathroom includes a shower, sink, mirror, and toilet, with plenty of bath towels, hand towels, and bath mats provided.
On-street parking is available for guests via a Pay-by-phone app. Early check-in and cot hire are available as extras.
The living area offers a Smart TV and free Wi-Fi, allowing guests to stream their favourite shows using their own Netflix or Prime account.
This accommodation is on the first floor and has 4 stairs to the entrance door. Smoking of any kind, leaving traces behind suggesting smoking of any kind, or vaping (including e-cigarettes), is not allowed indoors. Please smoke on the street or patio area. Noise should be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. Call-outs due to excessive noise or parties may incur a fee. This property is not pet-friendly. Late check-out may incur a fee of £50+VAT per half hour, unless agreed upon in advance. Not returning keys to the key safe will incur a £200+VAT fee. The lead guest must be 21 or over. We cannot accept bookings where the majority of guests are under this age. Check-in is from 4 pm, and check-out is by 11 am.
An iron, an ironing board, and a hairdryer are provided for guests to use.

Brighton Railway Station and excellent public transport links provide easy access across the city and beyond.
