We have a double room available in our house. You will be sharing with three full-time professionals: a male from the UK, a female from Vietnam, and a male from Spain. We enjoy spending time together, especially with summer BBQs, and value a tidy home. Our interests include music, cooking, sports, nature, and surfing. The house features a spacious kitchen, a living room, two bathrooms, and a large garden. The rent is £600 per month, plus bills ranging from £80 to £120. We are looking for a new housemate; couples are welcome. Smoking and pets are not permitted. The room is available immediately with no minimum or maximum term and no deposit required.
