The current household consists of three professionals aged 28 to 48. We are looking for a female housemate, aged 28 or older, who is a professional. No couples or pets. Rent is approximately £600 per month plus a share of energy bills; a cleaner is included. A deposit of £600 is required, and a minimum stay of 6 months applies. Smoking is permitted.
