The home sits at the top of a hill in a quiet residential area backing onto Stoke Park, within a 15 minute walk of Aldi, Lidl and Home Bargains. The home has a large garden with a patio and a shed for storage. There is no reserved parking, but plenty of free on-street parking nearby. The rent is £495 a month including all bills and council tax. The room is furnished with a single bed frame and mattress, bedside table, dresser, wardrobe and curtains. One room is en suite; the other two housemates share the two bathrooms, one with a sink and toilet and one with a shower, bath and sink. The house is home to three women in their 20s who have full social lives, enjoy festivals, going out, hockey, reading and reality TV, and are happy to chat in the kitchen. Cleaning and bin duties rotate monthly and the new tenant is expected to take part. Everyone works full-time, so a similar working pattern is preferred; the room is likely too small for full-time home working. Master's students are welcome. Viewings are hoped to be arranged the week of the 2nd.
