A washer/dryer is also available for personal use. The main bathroom includes a bath and shower, and each bedroom is equipped with built-in wardrobes, bath, and hand towels, along with complimentary toiletries.
Parking on the street is for residents only, but several short-term and overnight car parks are available nearby and free to park in overnight. A travel cot and high chair are available free of charge.
This home is perfect for business with superfast Wi-Fi up to 150 Mb.
Parties, events, or gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited. Smoking inside the property is not allowed. Extra guests are not allowed. Pets are not allowed. Check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is before 11 am. A £50 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time. Please respect the neighbors and keep the noise down, especially after 11 pm. Please remove shoes while inside the property and place them in the cupboard in the entrance hall. A minimum of £100 will be charged for lost or damaged keys, and £50 if you lock yourself out. We provide basic toiletries to last a couple of days, as well as a washing-up pack, dishwasher and washing tablets, toilet rolls, and kitchen rolls.
IMPORTANT: Our partner requires guest verification facilitated by Truvi (previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee, currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
Centrally located in the heart of historic Cambridge, this home is situated in a safe and quiet neighborhood next to Parkers Piece and a short walk to the city's main sights, including world-renowned colleges and attractions. Cafes, restaurants, pubs, and shops are close by, and Cambridge station is a 15-minute walk away, with a National Express stop just 5 minutes around the corner.
