The flat has a fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom, one shower room, sofas and two shared fridges. Costs per person are WiFi £6.50 per month, Council Tax roughly £60 per month, and energy and electricity £20 to £40 per month depending on the season. The move-in date is flexible and negotiable.
