The current flatmate is staying in the flat long-term. She is 32, Mexican/Italian, and has been in London since the start of the year. The new tenant should enjoy a balance of independence and being part of the flat; chatting in the evenings, cooking together, tending to house plants, and helping keep the place clean and tidy.

The flat was initially rented unfurnished, and some furnishings will be taken by the current tenant. The new tenant would need to get a bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers for their room. Most of the kitchen and living room furnishings will be left behind.

Rent is £1,125 per month, with approximately £150 maximum on monthly bills. The minimum term is 6 months.
