We are looking for a housemate to fill a double room with en-suite in our 3-bedroom flat in Dalston, available from 24 November. Every bedroom has an en-suite, and there is also a guest bathroom. The flat is in a friendly mews shared with five other flats, within five minutes of Dalston Junction and Dalston Kingsland overground stations, just north of De Beauvoir. You would share with three housemates: a couple from Australia and a single man from London working in marketing, interior design and recruitment. We enjoy music, going out, the pub and cooking together, while also respecting each other's space. We are looking for someone sociable, friendly and clean, who will help keep our home warm and inviting. Rent is £980 per month plus about £94 bills. Rent is paid on the 1st of each month, so the first payment covers one week only, with full rent from 1 November.
