SW9 (Brixton)
£1,050 pcm £242 pw

Description

A friendly, creative and relaxed house share in central Brixton, a one-minute walk from the tube, markets and high street, yet on a small, quiet and pretty street. The house has a beautiful garden, a roof terrace and an outdoor hot tub. It is a calm but social household that enjoys having fun together, and sometimes hosts guests from around the world. The attic, with views across London and plenty of light, is shared by everyone for events, rehearsals, fitness classes, yoga, massage and art or music workshops. The household is mostly naturist and nudist, so you should be comfortable with that. Residents do not smoke, use drugs or drink much. There are two bathrooms, a cleaner who visits every two weeks, and bike storage. Brixton Rec sports centre is two minutes away, Brockwell Park 15 minutes on foot, and Oxford Circus 15 minutes by tube. Tennis courts sit next to the house and the housemates play together weekly. The household has no TV. Flexible on move-in date, open to part-time and short-term arrangements.
