The area is residential and safe, with Blackheath and Lewisham stations, several bus routes, Blackheath and Greenwich Park, and supermarkets, shops, restaurants and gyms nearby. Suitable for one person only. Minimum stay of 6 months, ideally 12 months. No parties, excessive noise or overnight guests.
