We are looking for a friendly new housemate to join our LGBTQ+ friendly, mixed-nationality household in a three-bedroom flat in the quiet, green Belsize Park area. We are two male professionals, a journalist and an economist, who are independent with varying schedules but enjoy a friendly, sociable household rather than a house of strangers. We are looking for a responsible, tidy individual who will help maintain the shared space and is mindful of noise, especially for those working from home and at night. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed due to an allergy. The flat has a balcony, a large shared living room, space to work from home and one bathroom shared between three people. The room is bright and cosy, with a double bed, a set of drawers, a large wardrobe with a cupboard above, a full-length mirror and a smaller set of drawers for extra storage. Morrisons, Sainsbury's Local and Tesco Express are a 5-10 minute walk away, and Camden Market is 10-15 minutes on foot. Chalk Farm tube station (Northern line) is under a 10-minute walk, with a 24-hour bus stop at the end of the road. Hampstead Heath and Primrose Hill are a 10-minute walk away. Bills, including council tax and a fortnightly cleaner, are £150 per calendar month. Council Tax Band C. The current contract runs until July 2027, after which it can be extended for another year. Deposit £940. Available 8th November 2026, minimum term 9 months, no maximum term.
