A furnished double bedroom with its own bathroom is available in a two-bedroom flat. The room includes a double bed with mattress, a chest of drawers, and a wardrobe. You will be sharing with the live-in landlord, an Emergency Service worker. The flat is equipped with all expected appliances. The landlord seeks a clean, conscious, and respectful flatmate who is LGBT friendly and in full-time employment, but not solely working from home. Cleaning of the bedroom and bathroom is the responsibility of the tenant, with communal areas cleaned jointly. Couples, smokers, drug users, and those receiving housing benefit are not considered. Car parking is available on nearby roads, with or without a permit. Bromley South Station is a 12-minute walk away, offering fast trains to Victoria and Blackfriars. Bills are included in the rent of £750, with a reduced rate considered for Monday-Friday lodgers. A deposit of £400.00 is required.
