Rent is £741 per month with bills on top for Wifi, Electricity, Water, Gas, and Council Gas. We are looking for a social, tidy, and communicative person who is okay with noise and appreciates a cleaner space. This is a pet-friendly house (specifically for cats) and is LGBT+ friendly. House meetings will be held when needed to discuss any questions or qualms. Veronica (28) works in the wine industry and is an actress/model on the side, enjoying yoga, drawing, sewing, and attending exhibitions and events. Savreen (26) works part-time while pursuing music and videos, enjoying fashion, gigs, and friends. The current household consists of 2 females, aged 26-28, who are smokers and have pets. They are professionals with interests in films, yoga, going out, board games, meeting new people, acting, plants, events, being sociable, and vintage items. The household is LGBT+ friendly. They are looking for a new flatmate aged 24-33, with no preference on gender, who is LGBT+ preferred and not a couple. Smoking is OK, but pets are not suitable. References are not required. The room is available from 8th November 2026 with a minimum term of 12 months. The deposit is £741.00 and bills are not included.
