The flat is located in Drake Court, a purpose-built modernist block on the Dulwich Estate, designed in the late 1950s. The flat features wooden floors throughout, an open-plan living space, and large windows that overlook mature trees and communal gardens. Residents have free parking, and the property is minutes from Crystal Palace triangle, Gipsy Hill station, and Crystal Palace Park.

The room is a proper double with big bay windows, a ceiling fan, and built-in closet space. It is bright, calm, and quiet.

There is an original connecting door between the two bedrooms, which is blocked off on both sides with furniture. While sound can carry between rooms, it has not been an issue for current flatmates.

You would be sharing with Alf, a 34-year-old photographer and filmmaker who is easy-going, tidy, and interested in film, photography, and culture. Alf is looking for a sociable flatmate who would enjoy cooking together, having friends over, and hosting cosy evenings.

We are looking for someone warm, tidy, and considerate, ideally a creative or professional with their own full life who would love a beautiful home to relax in and enjoy with others. Someone who is up for a calm but sociable place, cooking together and the occasional cosy evening with friends over would fit right in.

Rent: £875 per month. Bills are roughly £70 for gas and electric, £30 for WiFi, and water between £30 and £75 depending on usage, all split between two. Council tax is Band C, roughly £130 per month with a student discount applied, which falls to the new tenant until around September.

Deposit: £1,009. Move-in is flexible between 29 August and 29 September.
