We're looking for a female housemate for a large bedroom in our townhouse, which we share with three people and two cats. The bills and council tax are included in the rent of £1,280 per calendar month. Move-in date is 5th December.

The 3.9m x 3.2m bedroom is quiet and overlooks the garden, with morning sunshine, a comfortable bed and plenty of storage.

The house has four floors with plenty of space to find a quiet spot. There are good bus, Overground and Tube links, and the centre of London is about 30 minutes away.

We're looking for someone we'd enjoy living with who keeps their space clean and tidy. Two of us are vegetarian, and while you don't have to be, we'd prefer someone who doesn't cook meat at home.

We are three housemates of mixed ages and jobs, including a creative director, a dress designer and a marketer. We have our own spaces, the house never feels crowded, and we get on well.
