We are a friendly, professional household offering two rooms in our large apartment. The flat is spacious enough that no one feels crowded, as we work differing hours. There are two bathrooms. We are a sociable bunch who enjoy gigs and pub outings together, and we created a garden cinema over the summer. Joining in is welcome but not required; we all respect each other's space. Bedroom 1 is triple aspect with three windows and views over London, as far as the London Eye. Bedroom 2 is a small, light and warm double, and both rooms are part furnished with double beds. The street is pretty and the area is safe, close to Leyton Village with an easy bus to Hackney. Rent includes WiFi, gas, electric, TV licence and water rates, and a cleaner when fully occupied.
