The flat has a shared bathroom and kitchen/lounge. The building is nice, quiet, and secure, with the lounge offering the best view of London. There is also a large communal roof terrace. This room is ideal as a base for those working in London during the week. The room is furnished with a double bed, blackout blinds, and a wardrobe. You are welcome to add your own furnishings. The location is amazing, with great transport links to everywhere (trains, tubes, and buses), and it's a 12-minute walk from Borough Market. Commuting to the city or West End takes approximately 25 minutes on foot.

This is a flat share, and the current household consists of one female, aged 45, a non-smoker with no pets, who is British and works as a professional. Her interests include music, cooking, gym, art, cycling, photography, fitness, wine, nature, eating out, exercise, literature, eating, architecture, and health.

New flatmate preferences: no couples, no smokers, no pets. Open to all occupations, with a minimum age of 25 and a maximum age of 60. No gender preference.

Availability: From 3rd November 2026, for a minimum term of 3 months. Short lets are considered. Room available Monday to Friday only.
