We're looking for a new flatmate to join our bright and spacious flat in Stoke Newington. The double room is part furnished with a double bed, mattress and wardrobe, with plenty of potential to make it your own. It has an ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The flat is spread across two floors with no lift; the bedroom is on the first floor. There is a shared spacious kitchen/lounge with an open plan kitchen-living area and a cute terrace space that has been furnished. Rent is £1200 per month plus bills of roughly £130 a month, covering council tax Band D, utilities and internet. You'll be sharing with Max (31, Aus/NZ) and Polly (32), who both work 9-5ish, mostly in the office with 1 or 2 days at home a week. We're a sociable household but value our own time too, and enjoy watching TV, having picnics and going to nearby pubs. No pets are allowed, and we'd ideally like someone who works in the office a few days a week or is office based. There is no preference on gender. The room is available from around the end of November 2026, with an ideal move-in date of 26th November. Rent is paid on the 24th of each month. Transport: 5 minute walk to Stoke Newington Overground, 12 minutes to Seven Sisters for the Victoria Line, a 20 minute bus to Dalston, and a bus stop 2 minutes away with buses to Angel (25 mins), Kings Cross (35 mins) and Oxford Street (1 hour).
