We are three female young professionals who enjoy dinner parties, movie nights, walks, park runs and swims at the local Brockwell Lido. The house has two bathrooms, one with a shower next to the advertised room and one with a shower and bath, and bright rooms thanks to large double glazed bay windows. The advertised room has private access to the garden, which has flowers, plants, comfortable garden furniture, a BBQ and a washing line. Oval tube station (Northern line, zone 2) is a 3-4 minute walk away, with well connected buses nearby, and the road is quiet and residential. Bike storage is available in a garage-type cupboard. Kennington Park, a Saturday market and a range of cafes, bars and restaurants are all within a short walk. The room is fully furnished with a double bed, built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers.
