Description
This is a house share with an inclusive and diverse community of creatives and professionals from around the world. Around 18 people live here, contributing to the well-being of the household and shared spaces. The community includes painters, filmmakers, photographers, musicians, an architect, a metalworker, other makers who use the communal studio, as well as professionals and key workers. A cleaner is included in the rent, but everyone is also expected to participate in the household cleaning rota. Shared facilities include a large communal studio and living space, three shower rooms (one with a bath), two washing machines, three cookers and two ovens, two kitchen sinks, a projector and wood-burning stove for cosy film nights, an outdoor yard/garden suitable for barbecues, and free off-road parking.
