Join our cosy flatshare in the middle of Brixton. The flat is located behind the cinema, a 2-minute walk to the high street with access to shops and transport links for easy travel to central London. There is a shared courtyard with bike racks.

The room is a good-sized double with original features including a fireplace and wooden floorboards. It is furnished with a bed, wardrobe, drawers, and bookshelf. The window overlooks the street. You will share the living room, kitchen, and bathroom.

The flat is maintained and cleaned every couple of weeks. Bills are approximately £150 per month, covering council tax, gas, electricity, water, TV license, and internet.

We are two housemates, Hatty and Brian, who have lived together for eighteen months. Hatty works in marketing and Brian works in retail. We are sociable and looking for a flatmate we can get along with, but we also respect each other's busy lives. We are happy to relax together in the living room and watch a film.

Hatty works from home 3 days a week, and Brian works shifts. There is no space in the communal areas for a desk, so if you wish to work from home, it must be done in your bedroom.
