The current housemates are Jayde (34, Marketing & Business Development, works from home 2-3 days a week) and Katie (29, works in sound, in the office five days a week). They are friends as well as housemates and have created a relaxed, welcoming, and respectful home. They enjoy occasional social gatherings but are not a party house. They are looking for someone who wants a home rather than just somewhere to sleep and is happy to join in for occasional chats or outings while having their own life too. Available from 31st October 2026. Rent is £1,000 per month with bills approx. £60 per month each. A deposit of £827 is payable to the current flatmate who is moving out.
