Hello, weary traveller! Your search for a place to rest and recharge in the new year is over. From mid January, my room will be available for a couple of months while I join my family abroad. Helena, my housemate, and I share this flat and would like you to treat it as your home. We are quiet, relaxed working people, so the flat is a place for calm, not partying. Movie nights, shared coffee and meals, games and anime binging are all welcome, and the gorgeous living room is yours to enjoy. The flat has two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one en-suite with the available room), a huge living and dining room, a spacious kitchen and a large balcony facing North Millfields Recreation Ground. It is fully furnished with a bed, all appliances, a TV, a PS5 (free to play), geeky decor and board games. Lea Bridge Road bus stops are 5 minutes away and Clapton Station is under 10 minutes on foot, with a Co-Op three blocks away. Bills, tax, wifi and cosy blankets are included.
