We have a double en-suite room available in our lovely 4-bed, 2-toilet flat in the De Beauvoir estate, from 14th December. The flat comes with a spacious living room with an HD projector for cinematic TV binging, funky lighting fixtures, a well-equipped kitchen and a balcony. The room itself has plenty of storage space and a spacious private shower and sink. There is no space for a desk, although the bedside table can serve as a small desk if necessary. The living room can be used for working from home, but it isn't ideal for someone who needs to work from home more than 1-2 days a week. The location is amazing: one minute from Regent's Canal, with lovely pubs and cafes nearby and a short walk to trendy high streets such as Dalston, Hoxton and Islington. Bills come to approximately £100. About us: Naomi (28) works for the NHS as a Speech and Language Therapist and enjoys netball, pints or coffee with friends, and browsing the Dalston charity shops. Miriam (25) works as an event supervisor and does freelance hospitality gigs as well as life modelling; she loves TV and film nights, going to the local pubs, and chilling in Shoreditch Park and London Fields Lido. Sophie (32) is a Kiwi interior designer from New Zealand who loves travelling, exploring new places and having good chats. The flat has a friendly, relaxed vibe: we all have independent lives but enjoy chilling together in the evenings, and having the occasional meal and pub trip together. We are not a big party flat (we host a couple a year maybe) and respect each other's spaces. We are looking for someone who is clean, respectful and LGBTQ+ friendly (friendly in general ideally), fairly near in age (mid 20s to early 30s), and we don't mind gender.
