The room itself has a large window with a garden view and ample storage. The walls were repainted last year. The flat is located on Blackstock Road, a 10-minute walk from Arsenal and Finsbury Park stations, with a convenient bus stop right outside. Numerous shops, cafes, restaurants, and bars are nearby, as well as several parks. Central London is accessible within 15 minutes. The flat requires two and a half flights of stairs to reach the room. The current housemates are two women, aged 29 and 45, who are professionals and describe themselves as warm and friendly. They are looking for a queer and neurodivergent-friendly housemate who is respectful, considerate, and mindful of cleanliness. Occasional hangouts are welcome.
