The current flatmates are professionals in their late 20s/early 30s and are looking for another friendly, respectful professional who enjoys having a calm, clean and comfortable home. The most important thing for them is finding someone who cares about where they live and treats the house as their home. They are looking for someone who works full-time outside the home, is naturally clean and tidy, cleans up after themselves, and is happy to follow a weekly cleaning rota. Good common sense when it comes to shared spaces is required, as is respect for other people living there, especially when it comes to using the kitchen/living room. The ideal flatmate is quiet and not a party person, looking for a home that feels relaxed rather than a place where people are constantly hosting or partying. They do not have a bike, as the one available bike space is already being used by another flatmate. Rent is £585 per month + bills, which are usually up to around £100 per month. Rent and bills are paid on the 1st of each month. The bills also include shared household essentials such as toilet paper, sponges, cleaning products, etc., so everyone contributes equally towards these. The location is lovely, with lots of great Turkish restaurants, cafes and cute coffee shops nearby. Finsbury Park is a 5-minute walk, Manor House Station is a 10-minute walk, Harringay Station is an 8-minute walk, and Harringay Green Lanes Station is a 2-minute walk.
