Our housemate is moving in with her boyfriend in November, so we are looking for someone new to join us in our three-bedroom flat. The room is a spacious, sunny double with plenty of storage. It is fully furnished with a bed, built-in wardrobe and clothes rail. The flat is a two-floor maisonette: the kitchen and living room are downstairs, with a bike rack in the hallway, and the three bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs. The location is a six-minute walk to London Bridge Station, close to pubs, restaurants and Borough Market. Move-in is likely mid-November, with the exact date flexible. Rent is £1,035 per month plus bills (approx. £130). Deposit is £940. We are looking for a friendly, easy-going and tidy female flatmate aged 24 to 28 in full-time employment. We are sociable and keen to be friends as well as flatmates, while keeping our own busy social lives. Smoking is allowed; pets and couples are not.
