Lovely double room available near Brixton and Loughborough Junction. I am moving back to Italy after six months in London, so I am looking for a new flatmate to take over my room in our friendly, relaxed and homely flat. You will live with Megha, 27, and Ebhon, who both work. We are all independent with our own routines, but we enjoy dinners together, having friends over occasionally, and always respecting each other's space. The room is on the second floor, quiet and cosy in winter, and comes furnished with a double bed, desk and bedside table, plus your own wardrobe and drawers just outside the room. The flat has a spacious, bright living room and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine. You will share the main bathroom with one other person. We are looking for someone between 25 and 35, preferably a woman. Loughborough Junction (Thameslink) is a 5-minute walk and Brixton (Victoria Line) around 15 minutes away. Rent is £865 pcm, bills not included, usually around £75 per month per person for water, gas and electricity. Deposit is approximately £612. You will take over my place in the existing joint tenancy and a guarantor is required. Available from 1st November 2026. Everything is managed privately by a responsive landlord, with no agencies.
