Lovely double room available near Brixton and Loughborough Junction. We are looking for a new flatmate to take over my room and join our homely flat, as I am moving back to Italy after six months in London.

You will be living with Megha, 27, and Ebhon, both currently working. We are all quite independent with our own routines, but we enjoy a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Having dinner together, inviting friends over occasionally, or having visitors is welcome, always with respect for each other's space and routines.

The available room is on the second floor, making it quiet and cosy in winter. It comes furnished with a double bed, desk and bedside table, plus your own wardrobe and drawers just outside the room. One other bedroom has an en-suite, so you will share the main bathroom with one other person. The flat has a spacious, bright living room and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine.

We are ideally looking for someone between 25 and 35. The flat is a 5-minute walk from Loughborough Junction (Thameslink) and around 15 minutes from Brixton (Victoria Line), with Herne Hill and Camberwell also nearby.

Rent is £865 pcm, bills not included, usually around £75 per person per month. Deposit is approximately £612. You will take over my place in the existing joint tenancy. Wi-Fi is available for £12 per month. Available from 10 November 2026. A guarantor is required. Everything is managed privately, with no agencies involved.
