A double room is available for sublet from 5th August, with flexible dates until the end of the month. This lovely flat share has a beautiful garden and is home to two other creatives. The atmosphere is relaxed, and we enjoy doing activities together, like watching movies. The accommodation features a sun-soaked roof terrace and access to a downstairs garden. The rent is £220 a week, including bills. The household consists of three flatmates aged 24 to 40, with an LGBT-friendly environment. We're open to couples and smoking is permitted. No pets are allowed. There are shops, including Lidl, nearby, and Clapham Common and Brixton tubes are about a five-minute bus ride away. We welcome a new flatmate who shares our interests in music, art, and socializing for a stay of up to two months.
