Hey! One of the rooms in our cosy Tooting flat has become available as our lovely flatmate is moving to be closer to work. We're now looking for a friendly, clean, and sociable girl to join our home!

The room has a double bed and comes furnished with a bed frame, mattress and built-in wardrobe, ready for you to move in and make it your own. You'll share the communal bathroom with just one other flatmate.

We're a chilled and sociable household that enjoys spending time together, with Sunday roasts, Netflix evenings and good vibes, but we also respect each other's space. It's a calm and homely environment, not a party house. The flat has a washing machine and dryer, a shared living room and kitchen, and is semi-furnished overall. It is managed by Foxtons, but we have direct communication with the landlord. There is a zero deposit scheme, so no deposit is required, and one month's rent is payable in advance.

Rent is £650 per month. Bills are £100 to £110 each per month and include Council Tax, Octopus Energy, BT WiFi and Thames Water.

You'll be living with Mia, who works in the music and creative industry, me, a fabric buyer in fashion, and James, my partner, who works as a filmmaker. We're tidy, easygoing and value a nice balance between socialising and downtime.

The location is lovely Tooting, close to Tooting Common and the lido, an 18-minute walk to both Tooting Bec and Tooting Broadway stations (Northern Line), and near Tooting Broadway Market. The High Street has everything you need, including Sainsbury's, Aldi, Boots and gyms.

We're looking for a girl who is clean, considerate and up for being part of a friendly, respectful household. Ideally you are employed full-time (open to hybrid WFH) and looking to stay long-term and make this place your home.
