Furniture from the previous flatmate, including a bed, two bedside tables, a desk, and a TV stand table, can be kept. The flat has a shared galley kitchen, a large communal living room, and a bathroom with a shower over the bath on the first floor. The second floor has three bedrooms and a small toilet and shower. The available bedroom faces east at the front of the house. Bills are not included but are split equally among flatmates, estimated at £100-£150 each per month for council tax, water, gas, electricity, and Wi-Fi.

This is a flat share, and the current flatmates are looking for someone sociable, respectful, and tidy. Couples are not permitted, and smoking and pets are not suitable. This room is not suitable for students.
