Rent is £1050 per month, with bills of around £150 per month depending on season and usage. Bills include water, electricity, council tax, internet and a cleaner twice a month. The contract starts as a sublet for a couple of months while the change of tenancy is arranged, after which the new housemate will be placed on the contract as a permanent tenant.
