We are looking for a new flatmate (24-27) from November, as one of our housemates is sadly moving out! We are more than just flatmates; we actually all like each other. The room is a south-facing double room, comes with a bed (new mattress), drawers, and wardrobe. It is a top-floor room with lovely light. The house has 2 bathrooms (3 toilets) and a dreamy south-facing garden with a balcony. There is also a living room and kitchen. The property is available from November 7th. The deposit is six weeks' rent and council tax is £32pp/pm. Bills come to about £80 a month. We’re a super friendly group and often like to hang out going to the pub/cinema/doing sports together. Not a cult, but definitely a good vibe to the house, everyone chips in with cleaning and cooking etc. We had a pretty social summer in the garden, so will now be bunking down in the lounge for movie nights and cosy dinners. We all met through SpareRoom, and now are looking for our lucky number 7! We are 4 girls and 2 boys, working in charity, TV, and marketing/consulting. Good range of interests between us (music, politics, board games, sports), but all open to trying new things and get along really well. Some of us work from home 1-2 days a week, so it would be nice for someone to join the WFH gang too.
