Room to rent Newick Road, Greater London

Description

I'm looking for someone to take over my room in our three-bedroom house in mid-to-late December. It's a sunny, private room on the first floor at the back of the house, overlooking a lovely back garden. There is space for a double bed, plus a desk and/or an armchair, so it works for working from home as well as relaxing.

Another housemate is moving out in early December, so there is also the opportunity to take both rooms if you are looking with a friend. The rooms become available at slightly different times, which could suit two people hoping to find a home together.

The house has three bedrooms, one bathroom, a large kitchen opening onto a sizeable private back garden, and a small shared sitting room. The kitchen has enough space to have people round for dinner. You would be sharing with my housemate, a 33-year-old woman who works in local politics and DJs on the side. The third person will depend on who takes the other room.

Send a message with a bit about yourself and when you are hoping to move. If you are looking with a friend and interested in both rooms, let us know.
