Lovely Fareeda is moving in with her boyfriend, so we are looking for a new housemate to join us in our beautiful four-bed, three-bath house in leafy Clapton. The room is on the lower ground floor and comes furnished with a double bed, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. Room dimensions: 340 x 340 cm.

We are three quiet, friendly professionals, partly working from home, and we are an LGBTQ+ friendly household. When we are all free we like to watch a good show together, play games, have a drink or enjoy a meal.

The house is fully furnished, two-storey and modern, with wooden floors, high ceilings and lots of natural light. Upstairs is an open plan kitchen and living room with a large terrace, perfect for summer. The kitchen is fully stocked, including a dishwasher. Downstairs is the available bedroom, a bathroom shared with one other person, a separate storage cupboard and a utility room with washer and dryer. The bedroom measures 3.3 by 3.1 metres.

The area is quiet and residential but close to shops, and parks and marshes are a 2 to 10 minute walk away. Clapton Overground station is about a 5 minute walk, with bus routes into central London, Shoreditch, Dalston and Camden.

Rent is £900 per month, with bills of about £160 per month, including council tax, water, electricity, gas, broadband, a cleaner every two weeks and shared household items. Bills are adjusted to current energy prices and may rise. The deposit is £684. The room is available from 27 November 2026, with a minimum term of 6 months.
