Ruby is looking for two new flatmates to join her in Putney. The flat is described as a gem with gorgeous light and high ceilings. Both available rooms are spacious with large wardrobes and sinks, and there is additional storage space throughout the house. The location is convenient, close to East Putney and Putney stations, amenities, and supermarkets, yet situated on a quiet residential road. Bills are £130 and not included. Ruby, who works hybrid as a civil servant, enjoys a relaxed lifestyle with interests in swimming, films, and spending time outdoors. She has a gentle Scottish Fold cat named Logan. She is seeking flatmates who are clean, tidy, and ideally girls and/or gays, aiming for a friendly household dynamic. Couples are not permitted, and smoking is not allowed. The minimum age for a flatmate is 25 and the maximum is 35. The rooms are available from 18th November 2026.
