The newly fitted and fully equipped kitchen includes an integrated oven and hob, microwave, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster, with ample storage. A back hall provides additional cupboard space and a large fridge freezer. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, bedside tables with lamps, ample storage, a dressing table, and a TV and DVD player. Another bedroom offers two single beds, bedside tables, and an open wardrobe. The large family bathroom features a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink. The converted attic bedroom has a king-size bed, bedside tables, a dressing table, ample storage, and a 40-inch TV. All linen is provided, and hand soap, a bath mat, and towels are included.

A travel cot can be provided for a baby upon request. Guests have access to the whole property.

The living area offers FREE WIFI, making it suitable for remote work.

This is a non-smoking and no-pets property. On behalf of our host, bookings are subject to a verification process carried out by our trusted partner, Truvi. In rare cases where a booking is flagged during this process, additional information may be requested or the reservation may be cancelled.

IMPORTANT: Our partner requires guest verification facilitated by Truvi (previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee, currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
