There are two spacious bathrooms on the first floor: a family bathroom with a walk-in shower and a second en-suite bathroom to Bedroom 1 with a bath and overhead shower.
Long stay discounts are available. Guests can enjoy a private outside patio. Constant communication with the team is available throughout your stay.
This home is ideal for business travelers, contractors, and key workers, offering a clean workspace and free Wi-Fi for your entire stay.
Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. There is a strict no-smoking policy inside the property, with a £1000 fine for any detected smoking. Parties or events are not allowed, and any breach will result in immediate removal by security with no refund. Loud music, smoking indoors, or any sign of parties will trigger monitoring systems and lead to instant removal without refund. Stays over 10 nights require additional housekeeping for an extra fee; if unpaid, the booking will be reduced to a maximum of 10 nights. Early check-in is available for £20/hour before the stated time (if not pre-approved), and late check-out (after 10 AM) is £20/hour. A refundable security deposit of £250 per stay is required. Guests must complete a secure check-in form, agree to terms and conditions, and provide a valid UK photo ID or passport.
