Attico, a split-level apartment, offers two comfortable bedrooms, one with a double bed and wardrobe, and the second with a double bed, single bed, and private en-suite WC. Both bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs. The living area includes a single day bed, alongside an open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge space. Each apartment benefits from its own modern family bathroom featuring a shower, WC, and washbasin, with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries provided.
Guests will have exclusive use of both apartments during their stay. The apartments come with a self-check-in service.
Both apartments include Smart TVs.
There is a local pub just a minute’s walk from the property which is usually open late on most evenings. While the area is primarily residential, guests may occasionally hear some noise, particularly at weekends or during busy evenings. Quiet hours are observed from 22:00 to 8:00. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed. Events are not allowed. The apartments are situated on a residential street, and parties are strictly not permitted. Guests are kindly asked to respect the peaceful character of the neighborhood during their stay. Lennon is situated on the first floor and accessed via one flight of stairs. Attico is located on the second floor, accessed via two flights of stairs, with the lounge and kitchen area situated on an upper level within the apartment, also reached by stairs. Please note, there is no lift in the building. The building contains three separate apartments, with communal hallways and a shared main entrance from the street.
Nestled within Liverpool’s historic Georgian Quarter, this apartment is located in one of the city’s most charming and character-filled neighborhoods. Surrounded by elegant Georgian townhouses, leafy streets, and beautiful period architecture, the area offers a peaceful atmosphere while remaining just moments from the vibrant city center. Hope Street, known for its independent restaurants, cosy pubs, wine bars, and cafés, is only a short 5-minute walk away. The renowned Philharmonic Hall and Everyman Theatre can also be reached within around 7-10 minutes on foot. Liverpool ONE, the city’s premier shopping and leisure destination, is approximately a 15 to 20 minute walk away, while the iconic Cavern Quarter and Mathew Street can be reached in around 18–20 minutes.
