The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a Smart TV, and a vanity table, while the second bedroom offers a double bed and another Smart TV. Both apartments feature a modern bathroom with a bath, overhead shower, WC, and washbasin. Each unit provides access to its own fully equipped kitchen, complete with a microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine with milk frother, and oven. Two parking permits for on-street parking are provided. A baby cot and high chair are available subject to availability and require an inquiry. Quiet hours are observed from 22:00 to 8:00. Early key collection is available from 15:00 for a charge of £20 per hour, subject to availability. Late check-out after 10:00 is also subject to a charge. This is a non-smoking building, and a £250 charge will apply if any signs of smoking are found within the flat; a designated smoking area is available at the back of the building. Stag, hen, or party groups are not allowed, and guests may be asked to leave with no refund if found in violation. Reservations with large groups under the age of 25 will not be accepted. Missing parking permits upon checkout can result in a deposit charge of £100. Guests are kindly asked to return the parking permit into the flat upon check-out. This property is suitable for children and infants.
