A parking permit for one car is available. A baby cot and high chair are available subject to availability.

There are four flights of stairs to reach the apartment. Stag, hen, or party groups are not allowed, and guests may be asked to leave without a refund if found in violation. Smoking is not permitted in the building; a £250 charge will apply if signs of smoking are found in the flat, and guests smoking in front of the building will be subject to a £100 charge. Reservations with large groups under the age of 25 will not be accepted. The parking permit must be returned upon check-out; a missing permit can result in a £100 charge.
This apartment is suitable for children and infants.
