Description
Feel at home in this charming 19th-century converted barn on the outskirts of Llangollen. This cozy cottage offers 2 bedrooms and comfortably sleeps 4 people, providing a tranquil countryside escape with stunning mountain views over the Dee Valley.
The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area features comfortable sofas, a fireplace, a dining table, and a TV. The well-equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, toaster, and microwave, perfect for self-catering. Both bedrooms are located upstairs and feature exposed beams, with the double bedroom offering dual-aspect views and the twin bedroom enjoying picturesque valley views.
Guests have access to a fenced-off section of the paddock and an outdoor courtyard. Generous parking is available outside the cottage, with space for multiple vehicles. One well-behaved dog is welcome for an additional fee, with specific rules regarding its access and supervision.

As the cottage is situated in an area surrounded by working farms and livestock, guests with dogs are politely asked to keep them on a lead when exploring outside the farm and to stick to public footpaths, lanes, and bridleways. Dogs are not permitted upstairs and are not to be left in the property alone. No other animals are permitted.
Located on the outskirts of the popular holiday town of Llangollen, this cottage offers the perfect balance of countryside tranquility and proximity to local amenities. Enjoy stunning mountain views over the Dee Valley, with easy access to the town's attractions.
