The fully-equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, plates, bowls, cups, glasses, wine glasses, pots, pans, cooking utensils, an air fryer, washing machine, clothes drying rack, iron, ironing board, and coffee and sugar. The living room boasts a 40" Smart TV with streaming capabilities, comfortable sofas, and board games. The master bedroom is en-suite and also features a flat-screen smart TV. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each contain two single beds.
Free on-site parking is available for 2 vehicles with no height restrictions. Two fishing lakes on-site are free to use during your stay. A beautiful heated outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers is available on the sister park, Springfield Retreat, located 500 yards away, and is open between May and September. The Woodleigh Coachhouse Cafe is on-site, perfect for breakfast and lunch.
Quiet hours are observed from 22:00 to 8:00. Check-in is via a lockbox, with the code supplied the day before arrival. Guests are kindly asked to be mindful of other neighbors and residents within the park during their stay.
Located just off the A30, you can reach Exeter within 15 minutes, making this holiday home the perfect base for your Devon adventure. The property is situated on a bus route to Exeter, with the bus stop right outside the park. It's a 5-minute walk to the Old Thatch Inn, a local village pub, and a 5-minute drive to Fingle Glen 18-hole Golf Course. Exeter Airport is a 20-minute drive away, and Exeter City Centre is a 15-minute drive. Exeter St Davids train station is a 20-minute drive or bus ride. Explore Exeter's historic Cathedral Green, the bustling High Street with its major shopping brands and vibrant nightlife, Gandy Street's unique bars and the legendary Cavern Club, and Exeter's historic Quay with its cafes, bars, restaurants, and shops. For the adventurous, the Quay also offers an indoor climbing centre and kayak or canoe hire. Dartmoor National Park is a short drive away, offering endless trails and breathtaking views, while Exmouth and Torquay with their sandy beaches and water parks are also within driving distance.
