The open-plan living area seamlessly connects the kitchen and dining space to the balcony and sun terrace, creating an inviting atmosphere. A 40" Smart TV with streaming capabilities is available in the living room and master bedroom. The fully-equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, pots, pans, utensils, a washing machine, clothes drying rack, iron, and ironing board. Enjoy meals at the 4-seater dining table or step outside to the private sun terrace with lake views.
Enjoy free on-site parking for 2 vehicles with no height restrictions. Two fishing lakes are available on-site and are free to use during your stay. A beautiful heated outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers is available on a sister park 500 yards away between May and September. The Woodleigh Coachhouse Cafe is on-site, and the Old Thatch Inn, a local village pub with great food and real ales, is a 5-minute walk away.
The holiday home is equipped with Wi-Fi, allowing for remote work. Streaming services are available on the Smart TVs in the living room and master bedroom.
Quiet hours are observed from 22:00 to 8:00. Smoking is not allowed. Events are not allowed. Please be mindful and courteous to other residents on the park during your stay. Check-in is via a lockbox; the code will be supplied with full check-in details the day before arrival.
