This holiday home accommodates up to four guests in two cozy bedrooms, featuring crisp linens and comfortable beds for a restful night's sleep. The fully-equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, including an oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, and coffee machine, making meal preparation a breeze. Enjoy meals at the dining table or step outside to the private sun terrace with its amazing view over the Rolling Devon Hills. The living room features a 40" TV, comfy sofas, and board games, with access to the patio/sun terrace.
Enjoy access to the communal heated swimming pool, open from May to September. Two fishing lakes are located 0.5 miles away and are free to use during your stay (bring your own tackle). On-site parking is available and free with no height restrictions. A coin-operated launderette is available on-site, as there is no washing machine in the home. The Woodleigh Coach House Cafe and the Old Thatch Inn are both within 1 mile for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Fingle Glen 18-hole Golf Course is a 5-minute drive away.
Please be mindful of other neighbors and residents within the park during your stay. Quiet hours are observed from 22:00 to 8:00. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not permitted. Events are not allowed. Check-in details, including the lockbox code, will be supplied the day before arrival. The operations team is responsive via message between 8 am and 8 pm for any questions or issues.
