This delightful lodge welcomes guests into a spacious, light-filled, open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, decorated in bright and warm tones with cream and wood finishing. The stylish kitchen is fully equipped with a range cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, and small appliances, offering ample cupboard storage. The adjoining dining area seats four guests. The cosy lounge features a deep carpet pile, two armchairs, a two-seat sofa, a pouffe, and soft furnishings for a relaxing feel. A large window and central French doors open onto a veranda, allowing plenty of natural light, with luxury curtains for the evening. A fireplace in the lounge provides warmth in colder months, complemented by a smart TV with various streaming apps and an embedded Bluetooth speaker system. The lodge includes a family shower room with a toilet, basin, and shower cubicle. The first bedroom is a twin room with two single beds, over-bed storage, a bedside cabinet, and a wardrobe. The luxurious master bedroom features a queen-size bed with a built-in TV, a vanity table and chair, ample wardrobe storage, and a lovely en-suite shower room with a toilet, basin, and shower cubicle.
Parking is available for two cars, one behind the other, next to the steps up to the front door. Pets are allowed with a maximum of one pet.
Standard check-in is after 4pm and checkout is before 10am. This is a non-smoking property (vapes included). No parties or loud events are to be held on site. Only registered occupants are allowed to stay at the property. No illegal substances are allowed on the premises. Please keep any outside noise to a minimum at night. No eating or drinking in the bedrooms. Please wash dishes and cutlery regularly, using the dishwasher. We would appreciate it if you set the dishwasher running on your last day with all remaining unwashed crockery, cutlery, etc. Please keep your rubbish tidy using the bins allocated in the kitchen and bathroom. Please use the toilet bins provided for any sanitary items. Please do not rearrange the furniture (minor adjustments to tables/chairs is fine). Please read the operating manuals of the appliances you’re using. Please keep shoes off indoors.
You'll be close to many of Hampshire & Dorset's finest beauty spots, with the New Forest National Park a short drive north and the coastline only a short stroll south at Milford-on-Sea and Barton-on-Sea. The lodge is a stone's throw away from walking trails leading directly into Milford-on-Sea village (25 minutes) or the beach (15 minutes) on foot. The main facilities of Shorefields Park are a 10-minute walk away. Shorefields Country Park is one of the best holiday home parks on the South Coast, boasting nature walks and numerous on-site facilities including leisure facilities with a pool, spa, and tennis courts; the Tides Bar & Restaurant serves food all day, and there's a convenient shop for basic groceries. There's also entertainment for all the family, with fun day activities and workshops for children, and live entertainment and performances for adults.
